Honoring our Legacy
Our legacy is built upon institutional acumen tailored for bespoke client service. The origins of Miranda Investment Partners, LLC date back one generation prior to a family-run CPA firm known as Miranda and Associates. The firm established a specialized real estate strategy, workout and capital advisory group during the RTC days to provide strategic solutions to clients from offices in Orange County, Los Angeles, Washington, D.C., and Mexico City.
Miranda Investment Partners builds upon its legacy by delivering institutional acumen to the real estate, real assets and alternative investment space. We specialize in helping real estate operating companies (REOCs) and emerging fund managers with strategic planning and "sell-side" capital formation. We also assist select family office clients on the "buy-side" with strategc planning, portfolio construction, investment selection, performance review and dispositions from the perspective of an unbiased strategic advisor. We're experienced across all real estate sectors and major national and international markets; we're the special forces who go when and where our clients need us.
